The Shop Around the Corner (Part 1)

I love exploring and discovering hole-in-the-wall sort of places. Especially cafes or art galleries, things of that sort. Well, luckily, I was stumbled upon this gem of a place in my very own hometown, during the last week of May. As the title suggests, the place is called The Shop Around the Corner. It's this interior design/home decor retail/panini,pasta,coffee and-desserts cafe. Sounds pretty awesome right? I fell in love immediately when I got up those flight of steps. The ambiance is exactly to my taste - cozy yet refined, classy but not too stuffy, and the food is good as well. I wasn't able to try the coffee though. With regard to the merchandise, I was mostly interested in the jewelry and other accessories but the kitchenware display was pretty enticing as well. I have sooo many pictures I can't post them all in one entry and I am also in a bit of a rush. I'll post  a few photos in the meantime. I edited them so they'd have this warm, lazy afternoon sort of feel.
