Brick Walls and Black Doors

I had this photoshoot near the UP Film Institute. I've always wanted a photoshoot with brick walls as a background. So here, I went for a rather preppy look. Imma let the pictures speak for themselves.

Experiment

My friend and I bought the exact same top, mine was in gray though and hers dark blue, and we had a photoshoot. My friend Tel doesn't really dress up a lot, but lately (through my influence and that of others also of course, teehee, she's been "girlifying" herself more and more.) I feel really happy that she seems to have found more confidence in herself. It's always nice to make a fellow girl feel beautiful.

Our top was just a simple racerback one, with a little bit of ribbon detail on the side. My outfit was a bit more on the uhhh...short side. Hahaha. Well, don't think the bow is becoming a signature thing for me, I just happened to have worn it again here. HOHOHO.
I just downloaded this font here on the picture. Very minimalist but I like it. Ooh, I tried a different photo editing style. I don't know, I just sort of got the idea to highlight us in boxes. Our backdrop was just this plain white wall in the college so, you know, lots of space to work with.

Here's my friend Tel.

Our outfit poses.

Another rather pin-up-y one from me.

Variations.

Oh the conspicuous bows.

My bow.

Tel's bow.

Tel's thrifted ruffly denim skirt.

Tel's other bow.

Well that's about it. I SHOULD BE SLEEPING BUT I COULDN'T RESIST. Anyway. I really must sleep now. Goodnight!

New blog entry yeay! I can't believe I'm squeezing writing this in despite all of the things that I have to do. Hahaha. Oh procrastination. The pictures on this entry were taken with Pam. Oh, it was also my first time to take pictures with another blogger. I learned A LOT. *feels a bit ashamed that I only now learned aperture and ISO and other stuff* Teehee. Wants to tinker a lot with my camera now. Maybe in Japan I'll take my photography seriously.
Pam edited the photos and I loooooovee them. I wish I could edit photos. Well at least I have a goal to try to achieve. This is my Roly Poly outfit by the way, inspired by the Korean girl group T-ara. I wore this bright pink apron like mini dress, white semi long sleeves (owned by my room mate) gray socks (also by my room mate), and brown brogues.
We had a lot of fun shooting the pictures for our blogs, though I think there were times we were pretty conspicuous. There were times we were sitting down on the floor and just checking out our photos. Oh bloggers.

My favorite shot of the day.

I love what Pam did to this shot. :))

You have no idea how hard/uncomfortable it was to shoot this.

Last picture! Pam made the earlier shot look like a Polaroid! :)
Lookie Pam turned it into this Polaroid.
