Today was quite a busy day. We had an applicants' orientation for our organization, UP SaLin in the morning, I had a lunch date with Mark (whom I have missed quite a lot and doesn't seem to see a lot of these days :(( ) and we had a department orientation in the afternoon.
Somewhere in the midst of all these things, I was able to ask or rather, gain the favor of my friends, that is, to take pictures of me, once more, for this blog. Heehee.
So, I'm wearing a brand new dress which I got at half price. Sales are love. The dress I really liked because of the cut and pattern, but the thing is, it was a little loose. Okay, it was practically falling off of me at times. Hahaha. I think I need to buy some magic tape or something for the next time I wear it.
The following shots are taken by my roomie who also wore a happy vibrantly colored dress that day. :))
My legs look so white. And thin. Amazing. Photo angles and dress cuts FTW!
Oh, I also bought new sandals.
My roomie, Ate Abbi, who took the previous photos.
Oh! I don't think I've ever posted a picture of me and my boyfriend on this blog yet. Teehee. Meet Mark. My boyfriend. (well that was a "duh" sentence if I ever heard one. XD) He's a graduating Political Science major in the same college or rather, university. Which is the University of the Philippines Diliman. :)
Actually, the other day (25th of June) was our 9th month anniversary or well, "monthsary" here in the Philippines. We've known each other since summer of last year, when we met in Sociology 101 (a required subject for me and an elective I think, for him.) So we haven't really been together for very very long, but yes, as cheesy and as cliche as it may sound, I love him to bits and we argue a lot (because of me really) and I appreciate him for putting up with all my shizz. There are still some things we'll need to work out at times, but we're getting there and I do hope that well, it lasts.
(That was long and corny. Oh well. It is my blog after all. )
P.S. My friends say we're starting to look alike. O_O
OOH. Here are some of my favorite photos so far on this blog. So there's this place called the Lagoon in UP, and one time, when I was doing a photowalk, I saw this field of dry high grass which I thought would be an awesome place to do a shoot! Luckily, my buddy, Tel, was there with me to be my photographer. :))
I am so in love with this shot.
This bag is one I bought from my friend and over-all awesome person, Pam. Pam, if you happen to read this, your bag says hello! :)
Grassy.
Seriously, being knee-deep, well almost waist deep in that field was pretty itchy. And the weather was like, sweat inducing, eye squinting hot weather. Ah, rainy days are over.
PS I wanted to put a picture of my buddy here but it wouldn't rotate properly. :((
Random University shots to follow.
Well this has been a long post i.e. I'm procrastinating. :))
